The hotel’s proximity to Disney parks, just about 15 minutes by car, made it super easy for us to enjoy our time at Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios, while also being close to numerous restaurants, shops, and entertainment spots like Old Town and Fun Spot America, creating a fantastic weekend atmosphere, and I appreciated the spacious, clean rooms and the available amenities like the pool and gym, but the beds could really use a mattress upgrade to enhance comfort.

The location is fantastic, super close to Disney with a clean pool. Breakfast options were limited, and some areas showed wear. Nice spacious rooms but minor maintenance issues needed attention.

The outdoor swimming pool was such a blast! I loved soaking up the sun on the loungers. The friendly staff made every moment better!

The breakfast spread includes both hot and cold items with fresh fruit. The location is super convenient, just a hop away from the theme parks and close to restaurants and stores.
The coffee could use a serious upgrade, it tastes like it’s been sitting since the dawn of time.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to main roads and nearby stores. The room was clean and spacious, but the beds desperately need replacing; it was hard to get comfortable. Water pressure was lacking, and the breakfast options were not great. Encountered some issues like a noisy air conditioning unit and cable TV that barely worked. Staff seemed indifferent, and there was a weird smell in the hallways. Despite the flaws, it served our purpose for a quick Disney trip, but a little more attention to maintenance would go a long way.

The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, and new towels were provided promptly upon request. The pool was enjoyable, even without heating. the lack of a daily housekeeping service was noticeable, requiring us to request fresh towels frequently. Breakfast options could use more variety, especially fresh fruit and pastries. the room met our basic needs while we focused on enjoying our time outside.

The location is prime—just 10-15 minutes from Disney and close to restaurants on I-Drive. Breakfast is simple but adequate, though adding waffles could enhance the experience. There are areas for improvement. Hot water issues were significant; inadequate response from staff dampened the experience. The elevators also need immediate attention; getting stuck was alarming. Landscaping could elevate the exterior, providing a more inviting first impression. While the essentials are there, consistent maintenance and service would improve the overall experience significantly.

The beds were comfy, and the bathroom vanity with a heated mirror was a nice touch. The location near Disney parks and having a fridge and microwave in the room were convenient.
The staff had attitude issues, musty smell throughout due to dehumidifiers, slow Wi-Fi, and ineffective AC units. Limited TV channels and uncomfortable beds impacted our stay.

The hotel's heating system worked great, keeping us warm and cozy during our stay. the air conditioning was a bit of a letdown. It was quite loud and made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a nice touch, allowing us to stay connected during our trip. On the downside, the carpeted floors in our room were in need of some serious cleaning - they felt quite sticky, which was not the most pleasant sensation. I appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided, but I must admit, the quality of the amenities could be improved. the lack of a coffee maker in the room was a bit disappointing. Having to head downstairs for my morning caffeine fix wasn't ideal, especially with the strong coffee they served at the breakfast area. As for entertainment, the flat-screen TV in our room had poor service, which was a downside. the hotel offered shuttle services, making it convenient for us to get around. The staff was helpful with tour and ticket assistance, which we found to be a great help in planning our activities. The Grand had its ups and downs.

I fueled up on waffles, pastries, and fresh fruit at the daily breakfast buffet and appreciated the shuttle service to the theme parks. The fitness center was a plus, and the staff was attentive.
Towels thinner than air and hard-to-reach front desk when needing extra towels.

very close to epcot and disney's animal kingdom. also near espn sports for cheer competitions. hotel is newly renovated and spotless. got to use the clean pool for a few hours. friendly front desk staff were very attentive and responsive.

Had an awesome time with my pals, hitting up Old Town and the theme parks nearby. The pool was a lifesaver after all the excitement! Parking was clutch for our late-night arrivals. Super convenient location, like the perfect basecamp for our adventures!
Would've been cool to have a better hangout spot for late-night fun to keep the party going! .

The refreshing swim in the outdoor pool after a day of excitement at the lively parks was a highlight. Just a short jaunt away at 1.7 miles, Old Town's entertainment complex added a touch of local flair to our vacation.

I chose Grand Hotel Kissimmee At Celebration for its proximity to Disney's Hollywood Studios, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent safety features, including a security system. Additionally, the in-house snack bar and the large variety of dining options were delightful.
Unkept outdoor gardens; pool area and outdoor seating were nice and clean.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel was impeccably clean, and our room was comfortable and well-maintained. We loved that the pool was open until 11 at night, giving us a chance to relax after a long day at the Disney parks. The location was ideal, with plenty of dining options nearby. We will definitely be returning!

we had a delightful stay at Grand Hotel Kissimmee At Celebration. everything was wonderful! the hotel is new and clean, located next to many good restaurants and shops, and just 15-20 minutes from Disney, Disney Springs, and Epcot. the rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast simple but delicious.
Nothing to complain about at all! 😊

I was disappointed to find out that the hotel did not have a shuttle available during my stay, making it challenging to get around with my scooter chair. Additionally, the WiFi was unreliable and the breakfast was lacking. However, the location was very convenient for my visit to the nearby attractions, and the staff were friendly and empathetic. I'd recommend this hotel.
